A man approached us at Investigator Agency Liverpool in the hope of finding out more about his and his partner’s family history. The couple were struggling to conceive but were desperate for a child and had little knowledge of their wider family and wanted to discover if any of them had faced similar difficulties. After consultation with the client several avenues of investigation were opened up which hopefully would achieve some promising results.

The investigation began with further checks into the information provided by the client which all returned as expected but with no indication of any relevance to the case. Further information was found by the client from which operatives were able to explore several different possibilities. During this time some interesting results were discovered regarding the partner of the client. It was discovered that the client’s wife in fact had a child from a previous marriage that she was no longer in contact with and whom the client was unaware of. All the details of the individual were established and her address and circumstance confirmed.

A full report was presented to the client of the individual which included the details gathered including her location and situation and her relation to the partner of the client. Upon receipt of the information the client was obviously in great shock but with the information was able to confront his partner on the child she had failed to inform him of and establish the reasons for this deceit. After confronting his partner the client received no conclusive or satisfactory and ended his relationship with her.
