A worried client called Detective in Liverpool as she was concerned about the welfare of her elderly mother. Her mother was disabled and lived alone but had a carer that visited her daily. Recently the old lady had noticed cash missing from her purse and a broach had disappeared from her jewellery box. Our client was unsure whether her mother was just being forgetful or that someone was stealing from her.

We suggested to our client that in order to solve the problem convert cameras could be installed into her mother’s home. Our experienced agents could install them for her at the earliest convenience which would enable her to observe any activities and therefore be able to establish if there was anything untoward going on.

Our cameras were able to provide evidence to our client that her mother’s carer was responsible for the thefts. On the second day of installation we recorded the culprit helping herself to cash from her mother’s purse and rummaging through her drawers and jewellery case. The evidence was taken to the police and a prosecution made against the carer.
