A landlord called Private Detectives in Liverpool UK after suspecting his tenants of sub-letting a room at his property. A young couple rented his two bedroom house but he had recently been given information by one of the neighbours that another couple had been seen coming and going from the address on a daily basis. When our client questioned his tenants regarding the revelations they denied them living there saying that they only stayed as guests occasionally.

We suggested that our skilled agents could operate a session of surveillance in order to establish whether there was any truth in the matter. This would be conducted over three consecutive days and we would endeavour to capture any photographic or video evidence to support these claims.
